HOW TO ORDER

Your business is very important to us. Please follow these easy steps to ensure your order is processed in the most timely and efficient manner possible.  Thank you.

ORDER FORM / PURCHASE ORDER

Please click here to fill out and print an order form or purchase order.  Fax the completed order form/purchase order to (303) 805-8443 or email the completed form to info@29scents.com. Please fill out the form completely.  These are your instructions to us as to how you want your air fresheners to be designed and manufactured.

ARTWORK SUBMISSION

If artwork needs to be submitted, simply e-mail to info@29scents.com .
We are PC based.

PROOF / PRODUCTION AUTHORIZATION

Within 24 hours of receiving your order form/ purchase order or artwork we will fax or e-mail a Proof / Production Authorization to you. The Proof contains your artwork (if submitted) laid out in the die shape and includes our interpretation of your instructions.

NOTE: If you do not receive a proof within 48 hours please contact us via phone.

You will carefully review the graphics, text, pricing and lead time. If there are changes, we will do them as requested. If approved, PLEASE sign the Proof and fax back to us. Your order will not be manufactured until we receive your permission to do so. Receipt of your signed proof is your authorization for 29scents to put your order into production and is the point at which the lead time begins. Regular production is 20 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTICE - The Fine Print:
Should errors appear on the proof and you approve the “proof” without indicating corrections, "29scents” will not be responsible for any damages resulting therefrom. Signature on the document accepts graphics, pricing, and all other terms mentioned in the document. Cancellations and revisions must be submitted in writing prior to production authorization.
